		<description>Contractor was Lakehouse Contracts Ltd.
For the internal insulation to the front wall and the party walls in the loft, we used rigid PIR insulation by Xtratherm with separate VCL, battens and plasterboard.
For the cavities to the party walls (two leaves of blockwork with unfilled cavity), we injected Crown Supafil 40 glass wool insulation by Knauf.  This was economical.
